About me

I’m a freelance manga artist and storyteller, drawn to romance in all its forms: dramatic, sweet, spicy or quietly heartbreaking.
I studied art and illustration, currently studying 3D modeling, and I’ve published several small works so far.My current long-format manga projects are Reverie and Serendipity Inn, focused on emotion-driven stories with expressive characters, ambitious goals, tangled feelings, and moments that linger.
I’m endlessly inspired by the quiet tension between love and longing.When I’m not drawing, I’m probably curled up with a book, losing track of time in a video game, or imagining dialogue between characters who haven’t even met yet.

and I’ll adjust it live while explaining the process if needed.Perfect for:

1. Acceptance of the TermsBy commissioning Roxy Hana ("the Artist") you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the clauses below. Failure to follow these Terms may result in cancellation of the project without refund.

2. Scope & Style✿ The Artist works exclusively in her own manga style. Requests to imitate a third‑party style will be declined.
✿ All commissions are delivered digitally (PNG/JPG 300 dpi). No printed items are supplied.
✿ The Artist reserves the right to decline or cancel any request that is outside her comfort zone or schedule.

3. Payments✿ Up‑front payment in full via PayPal (EUR) or Stripe (Card, EUR). No crypto, cheques or cash.✿ For projects ≥ 500 € you may request a payment plan (We agree on the payment plan privately).✿ VAT (IVA) policy – Spain / EU: Most commissions are invoiced as a transfer of authors’ rights under Art. 20.Uno.26º of the Spanish VAT Law (LIVA). In these cases VAT is exempt for:
- Private‑individual clients in Spain and the rest of the EU.
- All clients located outside the EU.✿ If you commission me as a company or freelance professional and the work will be used commercially, please provide a valid VAT‑ID:
- If the project still involves a licensed transfer of exploitation rights, the transaction remains VAT‑exempt.
- If no copyright licence is involved (e.g.
logo design, purely technical work), the general rate of 21 % applies (or reverse charge for EU VAT‑registered clients outside Spain).

4. Deadlines & Delivery✿ Standard turnaround: within 90 days of first payment, depending on queue size.
✿ Tight deadlines incur a rush fee and must be agreed before payment.
✿ Final files are delivered through a private download link (drive) or e‑mail.

5. Licensing & Usage RightsUnless otherwise agreed, you receive a Personal‑Use Licence:✿ You may display the artwork online with credit ("Art by roxyhana.art").✿ You may print it for personal gifts or décor.
✿ You may not use the artwork for profit or advertising.Commercial Licence (Price discussed privately):✿ Permits use in merch, books, games, ads, social media campaigns, etc.
✿ Watermark‑free version supplied.
✿ Credit is still required whenever feasible.Exclusive Licence / Full Copyright Buyout (Price discussed privately):✿ All economic rights transfer to you; the Artist keeps moral rights (authorship).
✿ The Artist will not reuse or resell the piece.6. Intellectual Property & CreditThe Artist retains full copyright (Spanish RDL 1/1996) unless an exclusive licence is purchased. You must not:
✿ Claim the artwork as your own.
✿ Alter, sell, mint as NFTs, train AI models with it, or submit to contests without a licence.The Artist may:✿ Display the artwork and selected WIPs in her portfolio and social media.
✿ Post early previews on her Patreon (patrons‑only) unless a confidentiality surcharge is paid.

7. Cancellations & Refunds✿ You can ask for a 100% refund in the next 7 days after the payment if the commission wasn’t started.
✿ If you want to cancel the commission once it’s already started, you will get a 50% refund.
✿ You cannot cancel the commission if the lineart is already done. 0% refund in this case.
✿ The artist can cancel the commission anytime and you will get 100% refund in case this happens.

8. Communication, WIPs & Client CollaborationI believe the best art comes from active collaboration. Expect a friendly, back‑and‑forth workflow where your feedback genuinely shapes the final piece.✿ Live chat preferred — Discord or Telegram. We can open a private thread for each project so all references, WIPs and comments live in one place.
✿ If you prefer asynchronous communication, email works too.
✿ WIP checkpoints — you receive previews at the end of the sketch, lineart and colour phases (plus any extra stages we agree). You’re welcome to comment in real time; I’ll respond within 24 h on weekdays.
✿ Minor tweaks are included free of charge. Additional, complex or late‑phase edits will be charged extra.My aim is that you feel fully informed and feeling comfortable from day one until delivery, no disappearing acts, no surprises.

9.  Confidentiality & Data ProtectionAll personal information is handled in compliance with the GDPR. Reference images and messages are kept private and deleted after 12 months unless required for tax records.Client's commission can be kept private if so we agree on, meaning the artist won't post it (in progress or finished) anywhere without permission.
